Carl Wayne Grothe

Funeral Services for Mr. Carl Wayne Grothe, 68, of Cameron, were held on Saturday, March 3, 2012 at 12:00 p.m. in the Kathryn W. Green Chapel of Green-Patterson Funeral Home in Cameron with Rev. Jim Lafferty officiating. Burial followed at Walker’s Creek Cemetery in Cameron. Mr. Grothe passed away on Feb. 27, 2012 in a Waco hospital.

Mr. Grothe was born June 16, 1943 in Tomball, Texas to Herman and Thelma (Keller) Grothe. He was a member of First Baptist Church and was a farmer and rancher.

Son: Ty Wayne Grothe of Lorena

Daughter: Tracy Tindell of Belton

Sisters: Norma Jean Brewer of Ft. Worth and Linda Grothe of Kerrville

2 Grandchildren: Madison and Morgan Tindell

Visitation was held on Friday from 5-7 p.m. at the funeral home.
