Samuel Morgan

Cameron-Funeral services for Mr. Samuel Morgan, age 69, of Pearsall, Texas, and formerly of Cameron, will be held at 11:00 a m Tuesday, at the Oak Hill Pavilion, with Reverend Robert Glenn officiating, Burial will follow in Oak Hill cemetery. Mr. Morgan died Friday, May 31, 2013, in a Pearsall nursing facility.

Mr. Morgan was born October 26, 1943, in Cameron, Texas, to Wilbert Lee and Ora Lee Blake Morgan, and was a retired janitor. Mr. Morgan was a member of the Pentecostal church.

Survivors include 2 brothers, Johnny Douglas Morgan of Schwertner, Texas and Curtis Morgan of Cameron, 2 sisters, Patsy Newsom of Iowa Park, Texas, and Shirley Jean Crow of Cameron.

Visitation will be held Monday from 2-4 pm and Tuesday morning from 9-11 am at the Green-Patterson Funeral Home in Cameron.
