Mrs. Kosel was born February 10, 1929 on the family farm near Cameron. She attended school at Adhall and graduated from CH Yoe High School in 1946.
After graduation she moved to Houston and became a telephone operator for a brief time till her love for the country called her home to help on the farm. It was there she met the future love of her life helping to build the home of her parents, Walter Kosel. They were married on November 14, 1953 in Burlington and moved to Cyclone to begin their new life together. Nadine was blessed through the years with three wonderful children which became her new career.
Nadines love for gardening, plants and cooking kept her days filled while her nights were devoted to rearing her children and being the best wife to her husband.
Later when her children went to school, her career as an insurance salesperson for RVOS Lodge # 1 proved to be one of her many hidden talents which she enjoyed many years.
Mothers logic, talents and devotions will be greatly missed but never forgotten by family or friends and she will always remain in the hearts of the people she touched. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one brother, Alvin Glaser, two sisters, Edna Rankin and Josephine Glaser.
She is survived by her children, Sharon Kosel, Gary Kosel, and Brian Kosel all of Cyclone, 4 grandchildren, Brandon, Katie, Kolby, and Kelby Kosel, two nephews and cousins. Memorials may be made to St. Joseph’s Cemetery
