Johnny Bruce Bailey

Johnny Bruce Bailey, “Beetle Bailey”, 76, of Rosebud, died Wednesday, April 29, 2015 in a Temple Hospital. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 6, 2015, in Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery in San Antonio.
Mr. Bailey was born May 24, 1938 in Gladewater, Texas. He was a retired Union Ironworker and retired from the Army National Guard with 30 years of service. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather.
He is survived by his wife, Glora Bailey of Rosebud
One son: Stacey Dean Bailey of Hutchinson, KS
Two daughters: Viola Gail Bailey of Hutchinson, KS and Traci Bailey Rountree of Luling
Two Brothers: Thomas Edwin Bailey of Danville, VA and Donnie Kyle Bailey of Waco
Three Sisters: Carmen Lavelle Dabney, Audrie Laneal Berry, and Rhonda Lanore Proctor all of Waco
7 Grandchildren and 3 Great Grandchildren
Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. to Noon Saturday at Cook-Gerngross-Green-Patterson Funeral Home in Rosebud.
