Mary Jane Bonin

Graveside services will be held at 12:00 noon on Friday, December 2 at Friendship Cemetery for Mary Jane Bonin, 74, of Buckholts.  Pastor Gene VanNoord will officiate. Mrs. Bonin died Tuesday, November 29, at a Temple Hospital after an illness.

Mrs. Bonin was born December 9, 1941, in Buckholts, TX, to Bradford A. and Ruth Lyles Cryer.  Mrs. Bonin was a retired recreation coordinator for Texaco.  She was married to Elray Bonin. He preceded her in death.  She was a member of the Church of Christ.

Survivors include:

1)Daughter – Lavon Marks-Schneider of Bossier City, LA

2)Brothers – Dennis Cryer and wife Connie of Killeen and Steven Cryer of Buckholts, TX

3)Sisters – Evelyn Bales of Harker Heights, TX,  Barbara Gilbert of San Angelo, TX and Virginia Keele and husband Eddie Glen of Holland, TX

3)Grandchildren – Randy Marks, Lacy Marks and Lisa Marks.

Also surviving are 4 great-grandchildren.

She was also preceded in death by her parents and one daughter, Evelyn Denise Salley.
