Aline W Stanke

Aline W. Stanke, 98, of the Airville community, died Tuesday, May 27, 2025 in a Temple Hospital. Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday in Cook-Gerngross-Green-Patterson Funeral Home in Rosebud. Rev. Grayson Albers will officiate. Burial will follow in the Barclay Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. Monday at the funeral home.

Mrs. Stanke was born on December 8, 1926 in the Keys Valley community in Bell County. She graduated from Temple High School in 1944. She married Raymond Stanke Sr. on March 4, 1952. She worked as a bookkeeper for R.O. Culp Insurance and Real Estate. She was a member of the Immanuel Lutheran Church in Temple.

She was preceded in death by her husband.

She is survived by two sons, Raymond G. Stanke Jr. and wife Carol of Airville and Steve Stanke of Temple, one sister, Pauline Barron of Ennis, two grandchildren, Raymond Stanke III and wife Heather of Corpus Christi and Rebecca Stanke of Temple, five great grandchildren, Caitlin Dutton, Ciara Hammond, McKenzie Martin, Sydney Stanke and Everleigh Stanke.
