Anselmo Sandate Perez

Mr. Anselmo Sandate Perez, 66, of Wheelock, TX, passed away Monday, May 17, 2021, in a Temple hospital. Services for Mr. Perez will be held Thursday, May 20, 2021, at 11:00 a.m.,in the Kathryn W. Green Chapel of Green-Patterson Funeral Home in Cameron, with Johnny Rangel officiating. Burial will follow in Hernandez Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be held Wednesday, May 19, from 5 to 7 p.m., at the funeral home.

Mr. Perez was born April 21, 1955, in Mexico, to Antonio Sandate and Rejina Perez. He was a laborer in the agricultural industry. He was a Catholic.

Survivors include:

Wife: Teresa Rodriguez of Wheelock

Son: Rosalio Sandate and wife, Antonia, of West Palm Beach, FL

4)Step-sons: Joe Fuentes, George Fuentes and Jacob Fuentes, all of Cameron, and Israel Rangel of Venus

3)Sisters: Hilaria Sandate, Roberta Sandate and Ignacia Sandate, all of Mexico.

He is also survived by his step-grandchildren, Rick Fuentes, Samantha Fuentes, Andrew Fuentes, Andy Rangel, Arianne Rangel and Jordan Fuentes. Several nieces and nephews also survive.
