Dorothy L Thomas, 75, of Temple, formerly of Rosebud, died Wednesday, March 7, 2018, in a Temple Nursing Home. Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, March 17, 2018, in Cook-Gerngross-Green-Patterson Funeral Home in Rosebud. Rev Anthony Piper officiating.

Miss Thomas was born in Rosebud on December 21, 1942 to George and Annie Lee Thompson Thomas. She lived most of her life in Rosebud and had resided in Temple since 2006.

She is survived by three daughters, Tihlicher (Lisa) Piper of Temple, Doris Marie Thomas of Rosebud, and McLinda Thomas of Temple

Six Brothers, George Thomas Jr. of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Odell Thomas and Johnny Thomas both of Rosebud, Charles Thomas of Killeen, Randy Thomas and Jerry Thomas both of Fort Worth

Three Sisters, Georgia Cavitt of Rosebud, Linda Thomas of Temple, and Carla Baker of Athens

10 Grandchildren 9 Great Grandchildren and 1 Great Great Grandchild

Viewing will be on Friday, from 10:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. at the funeral home
