Florence Rusk

Florence Rusk, 74 of Nacogdoches, died on Thursday October 1, 2026 in a Nacogdoches Nursing Home. Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, October 17, 2026 in Cook-Gerngross-Green-Patterson Funeral Home in Rosebud. Burial will follow in Bluebonnet Cemetery in Rosebud.

Mrs. Rusk was born on September 29, 1952 in Rosebud to Phillip and Mayola Barnes Page.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Rusk and her son, Raymond Page.

She is survived by two sons, Ricky Smith of Nacogdoches and Alexander Smith Jr. of Crosbyton, two daughters, Michelle Reagan and Samantha Smith both of Nacogdoches, 20 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.

Viewing will be held from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
