James L Ellison
James L. Ellison, 84, of Mexia, died Monday, January 18, 2021 in a Mexia Hospital. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday in Powers Chapel Cemetery near Rosebud. Mark Ellison will officiate.
Mr. Ellison was born September 29, 1936 in Cameron to Carlton Wright and Jacque Jean Jackson Ellison. He lived in Mexia most of his life.
He is survived by one niece, Dana Ellison and partner Michael, two nephews, Wright Ellison and wife Carolyn of Baileyville and Mark Ellison and wife Claudia of Austin, several cousins and great nieces and nephews.
Cook-Gerngross-Green-Patterson Funeral Home in Rosebud is in charge of arrangements.
