Nancy was born June 16, 1937, in Akron, Ohio, to Norman and Elgie (Akers) Marsden. She and her husband, Guin, made their home in the White Bluff Community in their later years, where they are faithful members of White Bluff Chapel. Being an outstanding golfer, Nancy was instrumental in starting the WBLGA (White Bluff Ladies Golf Association). She had many treasured memories from golf trips with the girls. She also enjoyed working in the golf pro shop for 15 years. She and Guin made a multitude of dear friends through their associations at White Bluff.
