Thomas Ray Henson

Cameron – Thomas Ray Henson, 72, of Plano, died January 12, 2018 at his residence.  A memorial service/visitation will be held Wednesday, January 31 from 5-7 p.m. at Green-Patterson Funeral Home in Cameron.

Mr. Henson was born July 13, 1945 in Cameron to Jimmie and Ruth Henson. He graduated from Rockdale High School and attended Texas A & M University. He worked at Curtis Mathes in Athens, TX and at Texas Instruments in Dallas and was a retired partner at Southwest Alarm Systems in Dallas.

Survivors include:

2)Sisters – Linda Layne of Cameron and Jane Knott and husband David of Rockdale.

2)Nephews – Andy and Steve Layne

1)Aunt  - Mary Porubsky

He is also survived by 3 great nephews 2 great nieces and many cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Connie Henson.
